54:42 Surah Al-Qamar

كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذْنَٰهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ

They denied Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability.

Al-Muqtadir's omnipotence means every plan, however carefully laid by creation, unfolds only by His leave.
