Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:1 — Word-by-Word Meaning
لَآ أُقْسِمُ بِيَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ1:আমি শপথ করি কেয়ামত দিবসের,
1:I swear by the Day of Resurrection
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:2 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِٱلنَّفْسِ ٱللَّوَّامَةِ2:আরও শপথ করি সেই মনের, যে নিজেকে ধিক্কার দেয়-
2:And I swear by the reproaching soul [to the certainty of resurrection].
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:3 — Word-by-Word Meaning
أَيَحْسَبُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ أَلَّن نَّجْمَعَ عِظَامَهُۥ3:মানুষ কি মনে করে যে আমি তার অস্থিসমূহ একত্রিত করব না?
3:Does man think that We will not assemble his bones?
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:4 — Word-by-Word Meaning
بَلَىٰ قَـٰدِرِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّسَوِّىَ بَنَانَهُۥ4:পরন্ত আমি তার অংগুলিগুলো পর্যন্ত সঠিকভাবে সন্নিবেশিত করতে সক্ষম।
4:Yes. [We are] Able [even] to proportion his fingertips.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:5 — Word-by-Word Meaning
بَلْ يُرِيدُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ لِيَفْجُرَ أَمَامَهُۥ5:বরং মানুষ তার ভবিষ্যত জীবনেও ধৃষ্টতা করতে চায়
5:But man desires to continue in sin.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:6 — Word-by-Word Meaning
يَسْـَٔلُ أَيَّانَ يَوْمُ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ6:সে প্রশ্ন করে-কেয়ামত দিবস কবে?
6:He asks, "When is the Day of Resurrection?"
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:7 — Word-by-Word Meaning
فَإِذَا بَرِقَ ٱلْبَصَرُ7:যখন দৃষ্টি চমকে যাবে,
7:So when vision is dazzled
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:8 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَخَسَفَ ٱلْقَمَرُ8:চন্দ্র জ্যোতিহীন হয়ে যাবে।
8:And the moon darkens
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:9 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَجُمِعَ ٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ9:এবং সূর্য ও চন্দ্রকে একত্রিত করা হবে-
9:And the sun and the moon are joined,
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:10 — Word-by-Word Meaning
يَقُولُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَيْنَ ٱلْمَفَرُّ10:সে দিন মানুষ বলবেঃ পলায়নের জায়গা কোথায় ?
10:Man will say on that Day, "Where is the [place of] escape?"

Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:11 — Word-by-Word Meaning
كَلَّا لَا وَزَرَ11:না কোথাও আশ্রয়স্থল নেই।
11:No! There is no refuge.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:12 — Word-by-Word Meaning
إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ ٱلْمُسْتَقَرُّ12:আপনার পালনকর্তার কাছেই সেদিন ঠাঁই হবে।
12:To your Lord, that Day, is the [place of] permanence.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:13 — Word-by-Word Meaning
يُنَبَّؤُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ يَوْمَئِذٍۭ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ13:সেদিন মানুষকে অবহিত করা হবে সে যা সামনে প্রেরণ করেছে ও পশ্চাতে ছেড়ে দিয়েছে।
13:Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept back.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:14 — Word-by-Word Meaning
بَلِ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِۦ بَصِيرَةٌ14:বরং মানুষ নিজেই তার নিজের সম্পর্কে চক্ষুমান।
14:Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness,
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:15 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَلَوْ أَلْقَىٰ مَعَاذِيرَهُۥ15:যদিও সে তার অজুহাত পেশ করতে চাইবে।
15:Even if he presents his excuses.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:16 — Word-by-Word Meaning
لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهِۦ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهِۦٓ16:তাড়াতাড়ি শিখে নেয়ার জন্যে আপনি দ্রুত ওহী আবৃত্তি করবেন না।
16:Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:17 — Word-by-Word Meaning
إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُۥ وَقُرْءَانَ17:এর সংরক্ষণ ও পাঠ আমারই দায়িত্ব।
17:Indeed, upon Us is its collection [in your heart] and [to make possible] its recitation.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:18 — Word-by-Word Meaning
فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَـٰهُ فَٱتَّبِعْ قُرْءَانَ18:অতঃপর আমি যখন তা পাঠ করি, তখন আপনি সেই পাঠের অনুসরণ করুন।
18:So when We have recited it [through Gabriel], then follow its recitation.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:19 — Word-by-Word Meaning
ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُۥ19:এরপর বিশদ বর্ণনা আমারই দায়িত্ব।
19:Then upon Us is its clarification [to you].
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:20 — Word-by-Word Meaning
كَلَّا بَلْ تُحِبُّونَ ٱلْعَاجِلَةَ20:কখনও না, বরং তোমরা পার্থিব জীবনকে ভালবাস
20:No! But you love the immediate

Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:21 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَتَذَرُونَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ21:এবং পরকালকে উপেক্ষা কর।
21:And leave the Hereafter.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:22 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ نَّاضِرَةٌ22:সেদিন অনেক মুখমন্ডল উজ্জ্বল হবে।
22:[Some] faces, that Day, will be radiant,
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:23 — Word-by-Word Meaning
إِلَىٰ رَبِّهَا نَاظِرَةٌ23:তারা তার পালনকর্তার দিকে তাকিয়ে থাকবে।
23:Looking at their Lord.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:24 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَوُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍۭ بَاسِرَةٌ24:আর অনেক মুখমন্ডল সেদিন উদাস হয়ে পড়বে।
24:And [some] faces, that Day, will be contorted,
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:25 — Word-by-Word Meaning
تَظُنُّ أَن يُفْعَلَ بِهَا فَاقِرَةٌ25:তারা ধারণা করবে যে, তাদের সাথে কোমর-ভাঙ্গা আচরণ করা হবে।
25:Expecting that there will be done to them [something] backbreaking.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:26 — Word-by-Word Meaning
كَلَّآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلتَّرَاقِ26:কখনও না, যখন প্রাণ কন্ঠাগত হবে।
26:No! When the soul has reached the collar bones
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:27 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَقِيلَ مَنْ رَاقٍ27:এবং বলা হবে, কে ঝাড়বে
27:And it is said, "Who will cure [him]?"
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:28 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَظَنَّ أَنَّهُ ٱلْفِرَاقُ28:এবং সে মনে করবে যে, বিদায়ের ক্ষণ এসে গেছে।
28:And the dying one is certain that it is the [time of] separation
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:29 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَٱلْتَفَّتِ ٱلسَّاقُ بِٱلسَّاقِ29:এবং গোছা গোছার সাথে জড়িত হয়ে যাবে।
29:And the leg is wound about the leg,
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:30 — Word-by-Word Meaning
إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ ٱلْمَسَاقُ30:সেদিন, আপনার পালনকর্তার নিকট সবকিছু নীত হবে।
30:To your Lord, that Day, will be the procession.

Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:31 — Word-by-Word Meaning
فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ31:সে বিশ্বাস করেনি এবং নামায পড়েনি;
31:And the disbeliever had not believed, nor had he prayed.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:32 — Word-by-Word Meaning
وَلَـٰكِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ32:পরন্ত মিথ্যারোপ করেছে ও পৃষ্ঠ প্রদর্শন করেছে।
32:But [instead], he denied and turned away.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:33 — Word-by-Word Meaning
ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِۦ يَتَمَطَّىٰٓ33:অতঃপর সে দম্ভভরে পরিবার-পরিজনের নিকট ফিরে গিয়েছে।
33:And then he went to his people, swaggering [in pride].
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:34 — Word-by-Word Meaning
أَوْلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوْلَىٰ34:তোমার দুর্ভোগের উপর দুর্ভোগ।
34:Woe to you, and woe!
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:35 — Word-by-Word Meaning
ثُمَّ أَوْلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوْلَىٰٓ35:অতঃপর, তোমার দুর্ভোগের উপর দূর্ভোগ।
35:Then woe to you, and woe!
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:36 — Word-by-Word Meaning
أَيَحْسَبُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ أَن يُتْرَكَ سُدًى36:মানুষ কি মনে করে যে, তাকে এমনি ছেড়ে দেয়া হবে?
36:Does man think that he will be left neglected?
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:37 — Word-by-Word Meaning
أَلَمْ يَكُ نُطْفَةً مِّن مَّنِىٍّ يُمْنَىٰ37:সে কি স্খলিত বীর্য ছিল না?
37:Had he not been a sperm from semen emitted?
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:38 — Word-by-Word Meaning
ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ38:অতঃপর সে ছিল রক্তপিন্ড, অতঃপর আল্লাহ তাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং সুবিন্যস্ত করেছেন।
38:Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [his form] and proportioned [him]
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:39 — Word-by-Word Meaning
فَجَعَلَ مِنْهُ ٱلزَّوْجَيْنِ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلْأُنثَىٰٓ39:অতঃপর তা থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন যুগল নর ও নারী।
39:And made of him two mates, the male and the female.
Surah Al-Qiyaama 75:40 — Word-by-Word Meaning
أَلَيْسَ ذَٰلِكَ بِقَـٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يُحْـِۧىَ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ40:তবুও কি সেই আল্লাহ মৃতদেরকে জীবিত করতে সক্ষম নন?
40:Is not that [Creator] Able to give life to the dead?
